WHY CHOOSE US
Sports for the ONE is a Nonprofit Christian based Youth and Adult sports league located in South Lakeland. We currently offer 6 sports throughout the year. We have Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall Seasons. The Youth sports we offer are Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Volleyball, Lacrosse, and Cheer. We will offer each sport 2x per year! The Adult sports we offer are men’s adult basketball and Coed Volleyball. We will run those Adult season 2x per year as well.

God has blessed our league over the 13+ years, and we have grown significantly over the last few years! We average 700-800 athletes each season, with over 2,500 athletes coming through our program each year.

We PRAY BEFORE WE PLAY! As a part of our culture our focus is to allow players and families to experience community, learn about their sports, and ultimately help them grow closer in their relationship with Jesus!
